Cannot open connection

1、在Eclipse里面在本地运行程序时候，有时候会出现Cannot open connection，就会报错了，如图：

3、由于服务没有大开口，会出现如左边的显示no connected，这样也不能操作数据表。

5、然后点击start Server，数据库服务就会开启啦！
