解决Please download the newest flash player

1、今天在百度经验上传图片时，遇到了Please download the newest flash player的问题，考虑是否本机的flash版本太低，来到了flash官网看到如下提示，于是检查了windows更新设置，发现已是最新版本，便考虑使用谷歌浏览器试试

4、点击标志后，会出现如下选项，更改flash选项为允许，刷新页面

5、此时之前报Please download the newest flash player的位置，就会出现“图片上传”的按钮了
