1、根据《进口饲料和饲料添加剂登记管理办法》 第三条境外企业首次向中国出口饲料、饲料添加仝攮醚廴剂，应当向农业农村部申请进口登记，取得饲料、饲料添加剂进口登记证；未取得进口登记证的，不得在中国境内销售、使用。 第四条境外企业申请进口登记，应当委托中国境内代理机构（如，中农进口饲料登记中心www.feedchina.net）办理。Second step: According to MOA relevant regulations for your reference as following:Measures for the Administration of Registration for Imported Feed and Feed Additives stipulated in Article 3 that Enterprises abroad shall apply for import registration to the Ministry of Agriculture and obtain the import license for the feed and feed additives when they first export feed and feed additives to China. 2、根据《进出口饲料和饲料添加剂检验检疫监督管理办法》第十条 中国海关总署对允许进口饲料的国家或者地区的生产企属蟓彩瘵业实施注册登记制度，进口饲料应当来自注册登记的境外生产企业。First step: According to the “Administrative Measures of Inspection, Quarantine and Supervision on Import and Export Feed and Feed Additive.”Article10 GACC implement the registration system on the overseas manufacturers from countries or regions which are allowed to export feed and feed additives.
